To manage your cookies in internet explorer open your browser (internet explorer) and then select:
Tools >> Internet options >> Privacy
You will see this dialogue interface, and can set the general cookie rules using the slider:

If you choose the advanced options you can manually configure your cookie options using this dialogue.
I recommend that you accept 1st party cookies, and at least flag for 3rd party cookies.
